Thanks so much for visiting me today!

Who am I?

I’m a hyper organized and motivated individual who loves all things coffee, date night with my husband Teddy and the pursuit of finding balance in life. 

After working in various supermarkets many moons ago, I went on to a customer and compliance role at Santander bank. I then moved on to a seven-year career at The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Whilst working at the FOS I gained invaluable insight into CX by consulting businesses on best practice. I also spent countless hours mediating between banks and their customers acting as a sort of mini judge. 

I’ve had the privilege to train NHS staff, small retail business owners and most recently, a team of professional Concierge staff.

I'm now focussing on delivering high value and action based online training programs for ambitious business owners and team leaders.
